What has happened to modern food today?

Brinkton Bakehouse are taking a step back. We want to go back to the way food should be. Like full fat Butter made with fresh cows milk, sauces that contain nuts, fresh free range eggs, bread made without fish additives and cakes made with non chemical fats. These foods have been eaten by our Ancestors for centuries and we beleive this is how it should be today.

We are changing for the better...

By using the techniques that nature provided, using crop rotation, leaving fields fallow in order for them to recover the nutrients that have been lost from the soil. Allowing food chains to balance out, so that predators can remove bugs that harm the crops.
 
These techniques are still used today by Organic farmers so that we can avoid mass produced foods that are devoid of nutritional value.
 
Organic is not just food that has no chemical additives, but it is a food source that is re-establishing tradition, balancing out the earth, and making eating more pleasant.
