What has happened to modern food today?
Brinkton Bakehouse are taking a step back. We want to go back to the way food should be. Like full fat Butter made with
fresh cows milk, sauces that contain nuts, fresh free range eggs, bread made without fish additives and cakes made with non
chemical fats. These foods have been eaten by our Ancestors for centuries and we beleive this is how it should be today.
We are changing for the better...
By using the techniques that nature provided, using crop rotation, leaving fields fallow in order for them to recover
the nutrients that have been lost from the soil. Allowing food chains to balance out, so that predators can remove bugs that
harm the crops.
We are proud, to bring you our products of high quality premium cakes in a large range of fabulous flavours
and slowly fermented breads to go easy on your stomach and provide you with the old traditional pleasure of eating a
loaf of bread.
