By using the techniques that nature provided, using crop rotation, leaving fields fallow in order for them to recover
the nutrients that have been lost from the soil. Allowing food chains to balance out, so that predators can remove bugs that
harm the crops.
These techniques are still used today by Organic farmers so that we can avoid mass produced foods that are devoid of
nutritional value.
Organic is not just food that has no chemical additives, but it is a food source that is re-establishing tradition, balancing
out the earth, and making eating more pleasant.
