The cornflower is traditionally an intense, vibrant blue, with a ring of a few spreading rays.
Once viewed as a weed growing in crop fields, it is now endangered in its native habitat by agricultural intensification,
particularly, the over-use of herbicides.
Estonia, since 1968, made the cornflower it's National Flower, as it symbolises "daily bread".
We would like to see this beautiful flower make a resurgence in Britain, and off the endangered list.
By using organically grown wheat, we are doing our part to help.
