You can now find us in Nailsea every Tuesday from 9am untill 2pm in the Crown Glass Shopping
Centre. If you fancy a crusty roll for lunch, or a slice of cake for afternoon tea, pop down and see us.

We have done it!
Brinkton's Bakers have successfully won the Taste of the West Bronze Award for
our Rich Fruited Spelt Cake.
We have been invited back to the Axbridge Farmers Market for this month on Saturday
5th September. You can come and buy all of your weekly produce from our Bread and Cakes, to the local cheeses and Meats.
August 2009
This month we have been invited to attend the Axbridge summer market on Saturday the
29th of August 2009. It will be starting a 9am and finishing at 4pm. Why not make a day trip out of it?
For
2009 we have decided that we would like to give more people the choice to have a good quality product. So we are exhibiting
at: IFE 09 in London from the 15-18th of March Taste of The West show in Exeter on the 30-31st of
March Bristol Wine & Food Fair 9th-12th July 2009
Farmers Markets
Brinkton Bakehouse are now pleased to announce that we take part in Nailsea's farmers market on the 3rd Saturday
of each month and the Portishead's farmers market on the 2nd Saturday of each month.
We are now getting a little excited now as for the months of January and February we will be attending the Glastonbury
farmers markets also on the 24th of January and the 28th of Ferruary.
Brinkton Bakehouse has also been invited to the Keynsham market on the 14th of February in 2009.
All of these farmers markets gives you the chance to buy local produce that has been made and sourced locally, we also
go that one step further and miss out all of the chemicals giving you a more satisfying food to eat.
